Gift cards are issued at the end of the calendar month in which a referred customer’s broadband connection is installed and live.
You will be sent an email with a link enabling you to select from the list of retailers and claim your digital gift card. The same goes for the person you have referred.
The list of reward partners we use changes from time to time. However, we will always endeavour to provide options that give you a wide choice of retailers, including pre-paid VISA cards for online use. Current partners include Amazon, Google Play, Asda, Tesco, Morrisons, John Lewis and Save the Children.
There is no limit on the number of people you can refer, as long as they meet the criteria set out in our T&Cs.
Yes, you will be rewarded with a £50 gift card for every completed referral.
Given the number of referrals we are processing, currently we are unable to provide updates on a referral’s progress. This is something we are working towards being able to provide!
The £50 reward is only available for referrals that are new customers to Quickline.
