Quickline has established, implemented and maintains a quality management system with an aim to consistently provide a service that exceeds customer requirements. Running our own network and having an in house support and engineering team has enabled us to develop an industry beating service level agreement.
Now with documented procedures and controls alongside state of the art 24-7 pro-active monitoring Quickline has set ambitious targets to take support, performance and reliability to a whole new level. Primary areas of focus include: response times to faults, network uptime and most importantly customer satisfaction.
Quickline has established, implemented and maintains an environmental management system and has a set of processes and practices enabling us to improve our environmental performance and meet applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
The main areas of focus are: reducing fuel and energy consumption along with waste reduction. Although the nature of our work requires the use of off-road and high towing capacity vehicles, these along with our expanding fleet of other commercials are chosen with a primary focus on fuel economy. This is further enhanced by vehicle tracking, route planning and speed limiters. Energy saving measures will include micro generation from solar on many of our transmitter sites along with an increased focus on efficiency of new equipment.
Waste reduction will be addressed in a number of ways including documented procedures to ensure a consistent approach to reuse and recycle.
Quickline has established, implemented and maintains Information Security Management System (ISMS), which demonstrates our ability to identify risks and put controls into place to manage or reduce them. The primary aim of this system is to protect customer information and network integrity. Physical security, CyberSecurity along with documented procedures and controls will all work together to create an environment of consistent monitoring and improvement.
